Notre Dame, who played even with Marquette for the final 30 minutes, leads Virginia by 18 with 3:34 left in the first half.  Cavs have 16 points.

Tony Bennett the new Gary Williams?  Many are saying this

It’s very difficult for a program to get back on track after losing a Hauser

In a typical year, Gonzaga wins 4-5 elite nonconference games.

Going 0-fer like this year is the exception, not the rule.

Brennan and Bond probably should’ve stayed home.

What’s worse for FSU fans - your pretend national championship football team getting absolutely blasted by Georgia or your hoops team getting beat by Lipscomb?

Crazy loss for FAU.

That win for FGCU (288 NET) should be enough to pass #282 DePaul.

Hoops team

Football lost 24 players to portal/draft sit out, number one QB hurt, number 2 QB to portal five days before game, number 3 QB a true freshman going against an unhappy Georgia team.  Should have been 30 point underdogs today. No pretenders prior to CFB playoffs, after not selected, program deflated and busted.

Agreed. Losing an exhibition football game is no big deal.

Unclear if Arizona is good?

There seriously is no great team in college basketball this season,  at least none that has emerged yet.

Marquette is just as likely to win the title as any team in the country.
