We finish our Big East countdown with a team that returns more than 80% of their minutes and scoring after winning both the Big East regular season and tournament titles. It should be no surprise that our pick for #1 in the Big East are your Marquette Golden Eagles. Led by three all-league selections and picked #1 by the Big East coaches, Shaka Smart will be looking to a veteran core and experienced bench as the champs look to make a deeper run in March and hopefully into April.

Thank you again for all the work you put into these.  Very good read.  I'm fired up for the season.  Best chance at a final four if we stay healthy since 2003 IMO.  Let's do this!
