How's UCLA's roster look without those two?

Both are projected NBA Draft picks next year. At this point, Mara looks like a lottery pick while Buyuktuncel  (pronounced Buck-tun-shell) has some first round buzz. They are believed to be big time talents, but it's hard to say how much they will feature if they aren't able to fully participate.

I'll be honest, I would be very surprised if we lost that game, especially if those two were unavailable. It's a very young team and almost entirely new roster. In addition, European imports tend to take a little longer to acclimate to the US game, though there are always exceptions like Lauri Markkanen. But to really hit, UCLA would likely need Jan Vide and these two to all acclimate pretty quickly.

If it comes together, UCLA is a team that could be very good come February or March and might be a second weekend threat. But the idea that they'll be ready to take down a top-5 team in mid-November? That's a tall, tall task, in my opinion. Just not enough experience or cohesiveness. In addition, Cronin tends to start slow. He is 1-6 against top-50 kenpom teams in the month of November. I think this is a good draw for us, and if these two don't play it's only that much better.

SeatGeak purchase at end of July(AISLE 2 Row F @ civic center...no idea where this will be at new arena)...a week later a friend of my sister was able to get me local Maui tickets...a week later Maui was on fire.

Getting to the games, what are people doing? Shuttle from the Sheraton is $93 for all games, but what is the timing?

Uber XL for 6 is $17.08 with tip.  The bus is $15.50 per trip per person. The Uber will be higher with surge pricing but is cheaper and quicker/more flexible than the shuttle if more than one.

Since I am likely to go to other games as I bought an all access ticket, and my place is about 1.5 miles away from the arena, I'll be walking. If I attend a MU pregame event, I will Uber.

My wife and I are planning to go to the game on Tuesday the 21st.  Based on past experience, is it easy enough to buy them day of (with full understanding that this is a different venue, etc.)?  I'm a bit leery of buying them ahead of time since there seems to be a lot of uncertainty of when they will play.

I'm not saying Broeker is right. But the first two links I gave are what Sultan was asking about when he said "What is Broeker talking about" and the tweet link is Broeker talking.

I really don't care. I'll be off and watching regardless. My guess is he's wrong because the gomarquette site is the only outlier.

Anyway, the city bus is only $3 a trip and would take me from my hotel to down the block from the arena as well. I don't think the MU shuttle is going to make sense for me.

For me here on the East Coast that 11:30 pm tip off is brutal and if the prior game goes into OT it could start well after midnight. I managed staying up for those Great Alaska shootout games that started really late as well, some 20 or so years ago. At least now i'm retired and can take a long afternoon nap.
