Praise for Shaka is a given. Phenomenal, COY of BE and perhaps national. But also a hat tip to the assistants this year who have been stellar in player development, follow through and execution of strategy, and plain excitement and engagement during the games. Super job, and I worry about who will be snagged for higher positions at other sites at season's end, deservingly so.

Their bios hint at roles and responsibilities but  what is each coach actually responsible for? Charged with certain players development?
