I think that was the first time this year I saw MU lose the starting jump ball. Omen? Don't be superstitious. UConn came with energy right out of the gate. Hit so many threes and easy layups. Ouch. And then the bench came in. I would expect Smart to wait longer but the team is used to short segments to stay fresh. Jackson. Jackson. Wait until Sonago gets going. and they're rebounding and putting it back. Truly an ugly start.  Don't panic. Defense will turn this around. Go on a run. Cut down the lead. Guys with 2 fouls? I don't care. You can't take them home. Fight even if you foul out.  I don't expect these kids to call for the bus at the half. It's not over. It's never over. The back court pressure is affecting MU and that surprises me. I know they want to run but they can get it up and get good shots if they move the ball. Rushing it to score quickly. Patience. Creep back.
