That sucks.  We had a few chances for upsets this weekend that really would have helped us, but none of them came through.  Oh well, we still have to take care of the Johnnies in a few days.

Rutgers was down by 1 with 30 seconds with the ball in NDs hands and Rutgers has 5 team fouls.  First off, RU does not foul until 15 seconds which is ludicrous. They then foul at 13 seconds to put Harangody on the line.  Harangody then misses front end of the 1+1 and 3 RU guys go for the ball while everyone heads downcourt.  An RU guy manages to knock the ball out of bounds incredibly.  ND then fouled and makes 2 FTs and SJU tosses an airball on a trey attempt as time expires.  Coulda shoulda.... Now, if Blackledge had caught Matthews pass last week and RU corrals that rebound (with subsequents scores), ND could be facing 7-5 and reeling rather than 9-3 and in control for a BET bye.  Hopefully we can play ND in the BET as we'll' be a nightmare matchup for them away from the Joyce Center.
