Providence will be a challenge.  Cooley is a good coach.   If Providence dictates style, they probably win on their floor.   If MU is able to not get crushed underneath, MU probably wins.
A loss to Providence on their floor is not a season ender.    A win will make me come-out- of-the-stands bat-crap crazy happy.

Appreciate what you did there but a missed opportunity to include a reference to the wet court game.

not to fear, shaka-ball is here!

watch the disparity in turnovers game over game.  the deflection thing is cool, but the stress shaka-ball puts on our opponents for the first 10-20 minutes adds up.  by the 2nd half, the physical and psychological fatigue sets in.  then we've got 'em.

shaka has our guys in superb physical condition.  along with a nice rotation, we just keep coming after them.  his varying pressure defenses catch them off guard.  we cannot go into a team shooting blackout(mississippi st) duhhh...yet our defense kept us in it just long enough to pull out of it, but rebounding somehow needs to be addressed
don't...don't don't don't don't

This game still pisses me off. There is no way the refs should have been giving the ball back to Providence, when they slipped on their drives. They were given the ball back out of bounds several times. A team should not be rewarded when their home court has issues.

Some lyrics from an old Paul Simon song come to mind.... Slip sliding awaaay, slip sliding awaaay

Some accurate forecasts in this thread.  No surprises tonight.
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.
