Yup.  Getting a two-way a few minutes after the draft ends is basically getting pick 40th-58th. Teams only have 2 two-ways.  This isn't like Ben Brust getting a invite to Bucks training camp.

When Wes did it, it was crazy.  But its become so much more common.

Van Vleet, Duncan Robinson, Robert Covington, Seth Curry, Alex Caruso, Lu Dort, etc...  All undrafted guys that not only stuck but ended up with big contracts.

Not sure who he rejected there, but that effort looked like it was going to be woefully short of the basket.

The glue factory where this dead horse’s carcass was shipped closed weeks ago. Give it a rest already.

Why?  We have multiple threads for two guys who quit on their teammates and school.  I think we can mock the idea Lewis not coming back was a good thing

Multiple threads on two guys who realized their coach belonged in the northern Connecticut catholic middle school conference.

Except that they would have stayed to play for that middle school coach if The Cancer had left.

Anyhoo, nice block by Justin.

Because the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again is tedious and unfunny.

The Heat signed Cain to an "Exhibit 10" contract. TBH, I had never heard of an Exhibit 10 contract. It seems like he's guaranteed some money and an invitation to training camp but not much else. Even so, congrats to Mr. Cain!

This is a very good deal for Jamal. Gets to training camp, will most likely be in their G League and if he shows promise he could possibly get a 10 day contract or two somewhere along the way.

It is a long standing tradition on scoop for epically bad takes to be mocked forever, for us to act as if one person's misguided opinion is an entire movement and to mock the crap out of it in perpetuity.

Magic Dawson
Markus is a cancer
Lazy Justin

All bad takes that became enduring punchlines.
