I know I have a propensity to repeat stuff but when you attack off the dribble or have a power guy inside good things happen and it changes the geometry on the floor.   Attacking is not limited to the offensive end.  Jimmy, Jae, and Domnic were attacking defenders.  In an ideal/fair world MU would have guys like Wade, Jimmy, DJO, Dom, Jae, etc, etc, with a few 6'4-6'8 spot shooters.  Obviously this is easier said than done.  However, those who attack tend to be quite successful and can establish both a flow offensively and a identity defensively.   My hope is we are on the path to strong vertical attacking and can get back to greatness quickly.

We R Final Four

I agree that we should get future Hall of Famers like Wade and possibly Butler.

All successful teams attack, that's all I'm saying.

Agree. We need attackers who are also strong that can dominate on both ends. We cannot compete effectively in the Big East with young kids who are still learning the game.

Marquette also needs shooters, rebounders, team managers, a dietician and students to do homework for the team as well

Stop attacking the fact that we need attackers and prime-time options on and off the floor.  :)  When in doubt, attack.  :)

Muggsy:
2 out of 3 incoming freshman are what your looking for, as if our grad transfer. My guess is the player that replaces Justin will have also be an attacker. So that would give the team 4 of the player type you are looking for.

We need dentists, hey?

Sure, if they're good at lulling their defenders to sleep...
