I do believe your taking his words out of context. He basically said a cold JLew took a bad early in a shot clock while mu was on a run with a hot Greg.

Not that shooting early in the clock with a good look is a bad idea.

Good pass there by JLew.  Play through our best player.  Force then to double.  All he needs to do is slow down and be patient.  Then the perimeter will open up for GE and others.   No need whatsoever to overdribble.  Get our stud the rock to face up and attack with vengeance.
