You are correct.  He took a quick left wing three with 25 seconds on the shot clock.  He was open but certainly could have worked that possession better.  There wasn't much "flow" on that quick trigger attempt.

Our two  top scorers are 3-12, 0-6 from distance.  And we know about our defensive issues.  It's time for them to come out and play their games in the 2nd half.  Justin doesn't have to force, especially when he's doubled.

We drew more fouls then we usually do in the 1st half.

Unfortunately UConn did a masterful job of spreading those fouls out and none went on Sanogo

Well, when you get outshot, and doubled up on rebounds, this is what you get. There are high school teams that are better at getting rebounding position than we are. Our bigs do a lot of good things - boxing out is not one of them, neither is going off on dribbling expeditions. We've overcome bigger deficits than this this year but it's going to take a lot of adjusting. Let's see what the coaches come up with.

He's incredible defensively. You can't have everyone good at everything or they'll all leave to be the main guy elsewhere.  Shaka has a roster constructed in a way where everybody has different skills and responsiblities.

Sanogo played entire first half, did not sit. Impressive.

Elliott and Max have 20 of MU's 36 points.  UCONN destroying MU on glass as expected 22-11.

If MU is going to continue to launch threes, at least play Jones more.  MU is 4 for 13 (Lewis 0-4) UCONN 5 of 8.

The guys with 1 shot and 0 shot respectively are the only 2 that are not shooting 50% or better in the 1st half.

Only being down 10 is rather impressive

Yes. Flow of the offense can happen early in the shot clock.
