Part of the issue is bad team rebounding - Kuath had a great boxout on the second chance three - someone else has to be the one to actually grab the ball.

Its occuring to me that part of the issue is the give and take between rebounding and playing fast. The guards are torn between crashing the boards and getting down the floor to be in position to initiate offense early in the shot clock. I'm not smart enough to know how to balance those two things - i just know second chance points are very frustrating as a fan.
