Some newbie poster is turning against the current coach after 13 games because another new coach at another school has a better record?

Why hasn't the school hired Mark Few and/or Jay Wright?

Ban all people with less than 100 posts. Put people with 100 to 1000 posts on super secret probation. That will solve the problem!

Reminds me of UWGB wanting to hire Greg Gard, but the UW system requires that all jobs are posted for a minimum of two weeks.

I don't think that is quite accurate.  I think Gard was in the mix for the UWGB job when Wardle got it due to them publicly interviewing finalists because of how they managed the search.

Gard was pretty much already the coach in waiting in Madison when they hired Darner.

TJO works the edges a little too much for MU and probably a little too much for the Big East (except Creighton). He’s going to do great at Iowa State.

Every successful coach Marquette has ever had “worked the edges”. TBH, just about every successful CBB coach in my lifetime has worked the edges. Lots of unsuccessful ones, too - it’s where a lot of the best players can be found.
