What's your threshold for joining the Nah-ka wagon?

Losing season this year (Quick to judge)
1 (2.8%)
No NCAA by year 3 (Says enough)
10 (27.8%)
No major accomplishment by year 5 (S16, BE Title (regular or BET)) (5 years to judge)
12 (33.3%)
No consistent success by year 7 (Multiple years of S16, T3 BE or BET) (Consistency is king)
11 (30.6%)
No banner by year 10. (All that matters is the top prize - that takes time)
0 (0%)
Forever, as long as the program is clean (I never would have fired Wojo)
2 (5.6%)

Of course not. And I really think Shaka could be a forever coach. But someone, at some point, is going to make this argument in earnest. So in the interest of avoiding revisionist history/goalpost changing what's you threshold?

I've tried to add a few different levels of time-horizon and accomplishment, but of course adjust in replies as necessary.
