I tried to move my BB tickets into my Apple wallet and with the Men's tickets only the first seat moved but with the women's both seats moved.  In my Marquette account only one ticket of the men's has an "add to apple wallet" while both of the women's tickets have "add to apple wallet"

Any one else have this problem or know how my limited tech skills are failing me

Shoulda used Google Pay.


Seriously, I am guessing the ticket office might be able to help you with this. I am sure they have walked several of us Olds through similar problems.

I agree, give them a call. The first time we used the phone thing one of my friends had an issue while entering, the staff there were very helpful.
I would imagine if need be they could resend.

Maybe the Marquette Gameday App would work better for some to get their tickets. You would be also ready for the lightshow.

My Ticketmaster app is buggy too.

Does the MU Gameday App have the capacity to hold tickets?  I don't see a ticket area in that app.

Ticketmaster is weird.  The app does have access to the tickets.  Need to scroll over and click/tap  on Tickets at the bottom and sign in to your account.  You will see you tix there.

Bingo. Works fine here as it logs right into TM. Option there to save to Wallet for all my tickets.

I can see my tickets in the Game day App. I barely knew what I was doing but getting better.  Got a cell phone for the Packers gold package and MU.  Hope I don't lose my cell phone in my excitement over a MU win.

Thank you for all the assistance.  Appears that they never charged me for the Women's tix and that resulted in one of the men's tix being disabled.  All good now.

My GameDay app tells me that I don't have any tickets.  I think I'm going to have to contact the ticket office to see why they're not showing.

You might have different ticketmaster accounts. I do. Not by choice. You might not be logged into the correct account.

I was seeing my tickets before on Gameday but now they are gone. Not sure what is going on. Maybe a temporary glitch.

I saw when I D/L the tix, the app actually recommended I transfer the the Apple wallet app ! ! !  It said don't have to worry about internet access...
