I wondered the exact same. Refreshed a dozen times after my time slot opened, then called. Still got the seats I wanted, but baffling that I had to call to get them. A rotary phone would've been just as effective.

Apparently they came to their senses, realized Shaka was good for business, and ultimately let me move up.
