I don't know. We've had seasons go off the rails after players have written letters.

This post is not getting the attention it deserves.

I think you are thinking of Jarrod Lovette. He had a rough senior season.

yeah, Lovette definitely didn't quit to "party." I'm glad to read he's working every day to overcome his struggles and seems to have been successful in doing so.

He may not have quit to party but he spent alot of time at Murph's, the optics were not very good.

It definitely worked out in the long run. Crean, Wade, Big East...lots of dominoes fell into place.

You forgot a couple of dominoes after big east....Buzz, Buzz gone, Wojo, lack of success, loss of Hausrs  and dumping of Wojo-Dukiet.

He was talking about things that you fail to recognize happening, i.e., good stuff.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

He didn't quit to party but sometimes what people perceive as "partying" is really a way to hide other things.  He had a very challenging senior year.

Also seeing how Polo played all four years and played in the last regular season game of his senior season it doesn't sound like he quit the team.
