Your opinion disagrees with prevailing medical advice from the CDC and major US hospitals. They are unsure of a few things:

1. Will antibodies from symptomatic & asymptomatic infections protect and last equally long?
2. Will an infection produce as robust of an immune response as catching the virus?

Because of the known efficacy of the vaccine, it is recommended by all sources I can find that you get vaccinated even if you had an infection. If you can find a reputable source suggesting you not get vaccinated, I'd love to see it.

That article is from January of this year.  It's June and the CDC says everyone should get the vaccine.  No reason for people to risk their biscuit over an article from 6 months ago when the guidance says to get vaccinated.
