This. Tough to run Havoc (or Havoc-style) the way refs are calling games nowadays...you'd have 20 fouls a game. Most teams have moved away from the philosophy because of this.

My hunch is Shaka will be more open to the idea of pressure defense as compared to the previous regime

We're talking about defense but since you asked, Buzz's offenses at Marquette were much better than Shaka's offenses at Texas.

Of course, Buzz was never an option to be a coach in 2021-22, so I'm not sure it matters
