I personally wanted him gone after the loss to Murray State in the tourney 2 years ago after he completed year 5.  I believed the book was written on him then.  Granted, many here had said that was ridiculous but what has transpired since then just solidified it.  I gave him 5 years, after year 5, he hadn't shown me anything that he was the guy.  You cut your losses and move on.  The admin actually extended him which they are now paying for that mistake.
