Looks like the type of guy who we are always in on early but ends up opting for a blue blood in the end. Hard to get too excited about him now though due to the uncertainty within the program currently. Would be very excited to see him on next years team if we get to that point.

Seems to have a good athletic ability for a big guy, but I hope he lives in the weight room over the summer.

Seems like a confident shooter with good hands. Very exciting

It'll be interesting to see how he acclimates to the college game.

A lot of his power post play is a result of being, by far, the tallest player on the floor. He also doesn't show much shot blocking instinct, aside from again, being much taller than his competition. I don't see his handle being nearly tight enough to get out in the fast break yet.

Having said that, he will have a role to play next year as a pick and pop/screen and roll guy. Great passer. Very interesting skill set and if he can physically acclimate quickly, his role will grow.

Have people here not learned anything about getting excited about player mixtapes?

You think a 7-footer is going to be leading many fast breaks?

My comments are from watching a couple of his full games.

Some of the highlights from this mixtape look like they pulled guys off the street to fill out a team.

I am not that excited after this mix tape.   He is long and athletic.   I think Osa looked more versatile and skilled in his mix tapes.  From the tape, I think he is a project, not an instant difference maker.

But it was still worth it to post the video.
