URGENT!! I need to decide soon whether I'm driving to South Bend for the game.

Does anybody have any idea what the ticket situation is like outside the Joyce Center? Will I be able to easily get tickets from a scalper/people dumping extras?

Anybody with any idea/past experiences, please help me out!

MUfan2

You should be able to get tickets, only problem is you have to watch the game in the Joyce Center with ND fans.

I've heard the Joyce Center is a dump? Can anyone that's been there fill me in if that's true or not?

From what I have heard, it's unlikely that you will be able to get tickets outside the Joyce.  Try calling the ticket office today or tomorrow as some tickets may have been turned back in.

The place must be a total crapbox if the first sentence of that article is:

The Joyce Center arena -- home to the Notre Dame basketball and volleyball teams and the University's primary convocation facility -- will undergo a nearly $25 million renovation that will feature new chair back seating and other upgrades.

Wow!  New chair backs...la tee da

Some tickets are available now from their box office. See my post in the "@NOTRE DAME TICKETS ON SALE" thread.
