After Creighton on Saturday, Marquette is scheduled to play 5 straight Big East road games:

  • February 10: at Villanova
  • February 14: at Seton Hall
  • February 17: at Butler
  • February 27: at UConn
  • March 2: at DePaul
They've actually been pretty good on the road this year. 3-3 on the road so far, with two of the losses coming either on a buzzer-beater or overtime. Going to be a long way between games at the Fiserv unless they add a home game in between Butler and UConn, maybe Georgetown on February 22.

Excited to see them play some of the top half conference teams now. Even winning games versus the bottom half seems to do virtually nothing as far as kenpom/NET goes. The conference is so bad this year that those games are lose/lose situations for MU, so it will be nice to have an opportunity to actually get some quality wins.

Agreed. The next three games will either turn the season around or put the nail in the coffin. I'm not expecting much but it'll be fun if they can keep the games interesting.
