Some may know me from the other site.  I'm done with the "moderator" there and frankly should have left several years ago.  I hope you welcome me and my thoughts.  Hopefully our team can get it together and find a way to get back on track after two dismal performances.  Go Warriors!!!

Gee, Muggsy, had I known that you were going "over the wall" we could have gone together. But I made it, too. I feel like Andy and Red in Shawshank Redemption.]

I assume you are NTD from the other site?

Let me just say this:

I don't want some pissing contest about anyone from Dodds' site, including Mr. Dodds.  I greatly appreciate all the posters there and always will. I certainly don't want to cause any "rebellion".   You can read what he wrote and draw your own conclusions.

Dodds claims to see things through a post players perspective...

Front runner for quote of the year.

By the end of the year it won't even be in his top 20.

I never paid for the site.

Now we know why Dodds treated you so poorly.

Daniel

Hey Mugsy - know you from the other site. Lol.  Welcome here buddy!

Mr. Dodd's take on the matter :

Wait a second...
Quote.I have read posts in the past where that board said..."why go to this board and listen to Muggsy's ramblings 24 hrs per day.."

1) Welcome Dodds!
2) I read most stuff and don't ever remember Muggsy being mentioned, but maybe I missed it.

He is too full of himself. The fact that he wrote a post about someone who left is weird.

We discuss those who have left all the time.
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

Especially those Hauser guys.

Muggsy, your move and my move were pure coincidence. I've been thinking about relocating for weeks. I didn't know you were here until I came to register.

I was on the other site for 15 years. I have no particular axe to grind there. Sometimes you just need a change of scenery.

Anyway, it's nice to see a friendly face in the new neighborhood. Happy posting, my friend.

Free BeeJay 2021, hey?

You're advertising on the wrong board again.

Really let's not overstate how important a time this is for Muggsy.  Moving from Dodd's board to Scoop is a higher level of Marquette fandom.

But the real test will be if he can move to that new plane of existence and become....a meat eater.

Meat eaters are too ethereal to be captured by something as corporeal as my head.

I'm not real invested in it, but I find the understated Scoop-Dodds rivalry to be one of the more interesting subplots of the MUBB online community.

Technically you have to sit out before posting here after your "transfer up." I'm sure the mods can file a wavier on your behalf.

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
