Has anyone seen studies done to date on immunity following recovery?

I have to believe by now we have some idea if there is a period of immunity from health care workers (even if the length of time is unknown at this point).

Too early for formal studies. General consensus is that there will be some immunity. The question is how long it will last. This is supported by the fact that so far, no health care workers that had Covid, then returned to work were reinfected. But that technically isn't a guarantee.
