I remember (i think Dish and Eng) saying they had friends or family in the government that warned of an impending national lockdown.  This is some scary stuff from the Chinese I just read about.

Essentially piecing together info from the Office of Personnel Management hack in 2015 and the Equifax hack to send text message dis-information promoting the 'national lockdown'.

A Political risk newsletter I receive.  It's emailed so I don't have anything to post. 

In the times it was reported that the disinformation was via fake text.  This just went one step further than I had seen.
