For those who like to gamble, this is a true "crapshoot" year as it relates to projecting NCAA champ.  Some interesting "value" odds as I see it.  I've had success betting past NCAA champ futures using Sportsbook.ag - which offers a cash out option.

If you have a relative underdog in the hunt come Sweet 16/Elite 8/Final Four weekend, they will usually offer a 2/5/7 x early cash out option, respectively.  Current deep value odds I like:

San Diego State - - 20/1
Penn State - - 30/1
Creighton - - 40/1
Michigan - - 50/1
Marquette - - 60/1

For long shots I like Kentucky at 25:1, Oregon at 30:1, and Florida State at 40:1.  For the money, I'd take a shot at Florida at 100:1.  If Nova was 50:1 instead of 40:1 I'd like them.  Iowa at 50:1 isn't the worst.

Of the favorites, I LEAST like Auburn, Seton Hall, Duke, Louisville, Michigan State, and Dayton (in order from who I least like to "most" like).

In order of who I think is most likely to win it all, I'd go Kansas, Baylor, Gonzaga.

No idea what to think of San Diego State.  If MU isn't going to win it all (they're not), I'd love to see them go undefeated.

Florida State is a great value.

Absolutely agree with bolded.

Good analysis.
