A ticket for every home game for $99 is a pretty good deal. My wife and I already have season tickets, but some friends will definitely be getting these as birthday gifts this year.

StillWarriors

Maybe it is there, but I couldn't find an explanation for what the rail seat option means. Would that be the bar rail standing spots behind the seating? Anyone know?

We R Final Four

Yes.....but there are actual seats, not 'standing spots'.

What are the guaranteed rail seats?

Anyone know if you accumulate seating points with this pass in case you eventually want to purchase regular season tickets?

SERocks

OK, so I bought two of these...the $99 version.  Hope it works out.  Not sure what the rail seat thing was...so passed on that.  I generally can get to some games from the start of the season to say mid January, so we'll see how this works for me.  A few years ago I bought the 5 game package and it was one of the years where I could pick the games in the package.  It worked out really well as I could front load it before tax season.  So maybe this thing works well for me, maybe not.  If not, not out a whole lot.

Maybe.  My seats were in the last row of the lower level last year.  Immediately behind me were rail seats which for MU games were first-come, first served, so standing room or upper level ticket holders could grab them (and we had friends join us a couple of times this way).

Our usher told me that for Bucks games, those same rail seats were actually reserved for rail seat ticket holders.  Maybe MU is doing the same thing this year?

LloydsLegs

And has anyone heard when they are releasing blue/ gold package info?

This is correct and exactly what I believe they are doing.

The Scat

Unlike the BC, every seat in the FF feels close to the action.  Getting in the door for every home game at these prices seems like a no-brainer for someone on a budget who would not otherwise buy season tickets.  Of course, if you are like me you should add some significant alcohol costs to the budget for these games.

Mini plans?
That is next week.

You mean the mini-plans? I inquired recently about this and was told they may only have one plan with 4 or 5 of the better games this year. That will go on sale on 10/8.

So...what exactly does the $99 package get you?  Is it simply a standing room ticket unless there are seats to fill?

marquette20

So is the $175 option guarantee  you lower level rail seats or is it just a rail seat? There are rails in the upper level to so personally don't feel like it is worth it if I'm going to get shoved upstairs rather just do $99 then for an extra seat.

What about STH single games? I checked email and have seen nothing yet.

Usually that is two weeks after the mini plans go on sale.

That's my question. Seems like if you sit in the cheap seats for season tickets, this is a better deal except for the sellouts. That obviously changes the equation.

It's not SRO SaveO, it's an actual seat.  That seat will be assigned by the 'computer' at game time. Purchasing 2 or more and those seats will be together as I understand it.

MU experimented with this as a pilot program the final year in the BC.  Capped the number of tickets at a few hundred, probably just to test it out. Don't think they ran it last year.

Pretty sure no but not certain on that.

Thanks for the responses on mini plans

I did it the first year at the BC. It worked really well. 24 hours before tipoff I would get a text message with my seat location which was different each game, but my 2 seats were always together. For most games the seats were nosebleeds, but I actually sat 3 rd behind the basket for a cupcake game and lower level once or twice for lower attended games.

They did run it last year at Fiserv. A friend at work got it, but the tickets were mostly the top rows behind the baskets.

Its still a great deal though to get in the building at Fiserv with so many other ways to see the game other than in your own seat.

I'm on regular season tickets now though, but if the rail option is lower level rail chairs, I would consider switching to that next season
