An Excellent series of interview with Ed Morrow. Part 1 and Part 2. Ed is a very good kid.

Winning is overrated. The only time it is really important is in surgery and war.

Optimistic about KM.  Impressed with Symir,  unsure if he plays or redshirts.

Nice interview, thanks for posting. I wasn't aware of all of Ed's injury struggles. Hopefully he's healthy for his senior season. Together with Theo and Jayce (and possibly Ike?), Marquette could field the strongest, deepest, most athletic front court we've seen in a while -- at least on the defensive end. Offense will be the big question mark.

I too was unaware of all his struggles with injuries.  How did that get past me and so many others?  Impressed how he played this year considering!  (I liked his game even before knowing that)

You're telling me that Ed was playing at less than 100%?  That decision sounds ______ and _________ to me.  Wonder how it affected his rehab time, he'll obviously still be struggling this year because of it.

Why would he be struggling this year?

I think DJO was poking fun at a recent scoop argument about whether or not Sam Hauser was held back last season because Wojo played him when he was not at 100% during the NIT the year before.

And basically why he transferred and his sitting a year would be part of rehab because of that "bad" decision.

“Oh man, that was a great block. I didn’t realize what I had done until the game was over with, but I’m glad I made that play. I wouldn’t have been able to make that play if the coaches hadn’t been pushing me throughout the off season. The actual effort with my teammates and I and the coaches, that’s what won us that game.”

Definitely sounds like a guy de-motivated by Wojo.
