That time of year.  I am convinced if you want to win a game in the NCAA tournament, be a top 3 seed, otherwise settle for 6 through 11 because you avoid the hot teams. 

Cannot wait until next year starts.

No matter the length of the cool down period, it will not change the fact that Wojo desperately needs and older X's and O's coach on the bench next to him.  Someone familiar with the concept of game planning and in-game adjustments.

That addition Las off-season likely makes the last six weeks of this season look very different, imo.

If I recall correctly, that's pretty much the role Hank filled for Al. Not sure about the in-game adjustments part, although I imagine he provided advice.
