It looks like St. Johns, SoFla, and Rutgers will be three of the four teams left out of the conference tourney this year.  After those teams though, every team has at least 3 wins in the conference so far, with Syracuse on the outside looking in at this point.

There is obviously a long way to go, but it appears that one decent team will be left out this year.  My bet would be on Seton Hall, though they did look pretty good against Providence earlier this week.

All of the teams make the conference tourney this year.  This was a change that was made last fall.

it was my understanding that all the teams would make the BE tournament beginning in 2009. the change for 2008 was the 18 game schedule, where everyone plays everyone at least once.

Only 12 teams will be in the conference tourney this year.  All teams will be in the conference tournament in 2009.

My pick for the team to be left out is the Syracuse Orangemen. they have 6 road games left, and then of their remaining home games, they face some pretty tough teams ...Marquette, Pitt, GT, UConn

So I think their road to the Big East Tourney is in question...

I would agree.  They are one of only four teams in the conference with more home losses (1) than road wins (0).

Our last game is at Syracuse. It could very well be a game for 12th spot in Big East tournament.

You're not suggesting we'll be battling for the 12th spot in the tourney are you?
