Song-finding HELP!!

This request is going to date me, but I need help identifying a song. I have tried every music identification site on the internet including those allowing for whistling and/or humming a tune. Also, when I type an approximation of the lyrics, I get nothing.

Ok, I am seriously losing sleep over this for the past week, and it all started when I heard the beginning to Jefferson Starship's FindYourWayBack on the radio. Once I realized it was not the song I wanted to hear, I changed the station. I thought it would be simple to find the song doing the sampling.

Cue up that JeffersonStarship song and listen only to the opening or intro....

A band in the late 1999s or early 2000s sampled this intro to FindYourWayBack...

The mystery song has some lyrics I've forgotten but then ends each chorus with "I Feel this Way.......aabout Youuuu
