But yeah, Jake Thomas was the best in my time.

Rob did a great job, didn't perform like a walk on in my opinion.  Playing for a real d!k(tc)could not have been easy.  He told me of the time he walked into practice late following a final exam and tc told him to get the hell out if he couldn't be on time.  Walk ons under some were treated like chit samiches without the bread

Walk ons are the college basketball equivalent of what is known in the world's greatest Air Force as "Seat Meat."

Non-pilots who sit in the back seat. Essential? No. But they have a role. Frankly, most pilots would rather have the weight in gas.
