Tough enough to win on the road minus your star and 6th man
« on: January 15, 2019, 08:59:53 PM »
Refs taking over early in the second half. 3 point foul was a terrible call, offensive foul was a terrible call, and now this block call on Chartouney was a terrible call, he couldn’t have played any better defense.

Disappointing. Great i pportunity to win on the road. No chance we lose this one with Markus playing. Greg would’ve really helped tonight.

JC was completely missing.   Would like to see Cain more

I wish Chartouny would take in rhythm threes. Guys find him, but he always passes the open look. Seems like a lack of confidence, but how do you build confidence if you don't take the open, in rhythm looks?

Yup. And I think Wojo agreed with you. He’s sure been disappointing. Even if all he provided was the ability to push the pace just in the slightest and set up his teammates we win this game. But making Sam or Sacar play the point takes them away from being much of a scoring threat as they’re much better on the wing.

BB is really showing his defense prowess tonight. All over Akinjo. Really see him performing like Cain and Elliott were by the end of last year. 3 and D with energy boosts

I’m really satisfied with the performance tonight. Everyone playing in different roles and starting to adjust.

Yup. And confident and smooth offensively.

Let’s steal this one.

I think you keep rotating Matt, Theo, BB and Cain you have a receipe to take this game.

Great team effort!

Holy smokes Joey’s getting an awful whistle tonight. That is textbook defense.

I know the two things are completely unrelated, but Chartouny's inability to deliver on what we hoped for him has me skeptical on how good McEwen will be for us. Really missing Greg this year.

I give Wojo a ton of credit for his second half adjustments. This may have been his best coaching of the season.

Like you said, completely unrelated. Completely different players.

Yet it is also possible that Greg wouldn’t deliver what we hoped for him, just as Cain hasn’t built upon his strong freshman year.
