Beat Louisville (or else?)
« on: November 23, 2018, 08:01:30 AM »
Of course it's never do or die until March when it's win or go home, but it feels like this is a "must-win" game if we want to achieve our season expectations and hopes. The "lowest-ranked" of our last 4 non-con opponents, if we can't get it done here it's looking like a real uphill battle.

So let's get it done boys!

It's not a must win but it feels pretty close to one. We need to go 3-3 in the 6 key non-conference games. Putting ourselves in a position where we have to win three key games in a row is not ideal, though they are all at home. This is the first significant opponent this season where I am expecting a win. Lose here and we will need to make it up somewhere else on the schedule.

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Yeah - just as this is one of the easier (if not easiest) of our 6 tests if would be quite discouraging if we don't pull it out.

Louisville is a good team with a strong coach. They gave Tennessee a good fight Wednesday. We need this one for sure but I will delighted if we actually win . The only thing that would discourage me is if we have another repeat of IU or Kansas second half.
