UL may be the best team in the BE now that they're healthy.  Beating them at home will be very tough.

They beat us bad tonight.  Props.  However, I think we did a lot of this to ourselves.  I'd feel better about playing L'ville again than WVU.

Okay, I admit it I'm an old guy on this board (class of '83) but maybe someone can help me out.  I consider myself pretty in tune with the younger generation (I have 19 and 15 year old boys that play ball) and a sports junkie.  But, what is the origin of the termm "props"?  I've been hearing it for years - I think the first time was Jim Rome on sports talk.  But what is it slang for, or short for?  just wondering.

(from urban dictionary) Props is short for "propers" as in, "proper respect"

Props, short for Propers, -Don't forget that the entire word "propers" is used in the song "Respect", written by Otis Redding and most famously recorded by Aretha Franklin in 1967.  ("all I'm askin' in return honey is to give me my propers when I get home")-

I disagree. We did not get our ass kicked. Yes, the score 71-51 maybe indicate that we got killed. Which we did. The score shows we got killed. However, my father and I both agreed that we were not that impressed with Louisville. And anyone can say "well they kicked your ass by 20". We understand that. BUT it wasn't really what Louisville did so good that made them kill us, it was what we did so bad. Translation: We sucked so bad, any team could have "kicked our ass". NOT IMPRESSED BY LOUISVILLE. WE WILL BEAT THEM AT HOME, BECAUSE WE WILL NOT SUCK LIKE THIS AGAIN! I PROMISE!

You guys might want to watch the game with glasses on. What nonsense.
