The schedule on gomarquette.com shows the Xavier game start time as 11AM/3:30PM. Does this mean the start time is one of those two subject to outside factors? Any idea what those factors are and when that decision gets made?

Exactly.  Likely won't know until the weekend before when the matchups are announced.  MU is on big Fox, either as the appetizer or dessert.
