I am surprised no has commented on the substance of the article. It appears Markus has made a concerted effort to build his strength and conditioning. Should pay off big time.

  great article!  only marcus knows this, but i didn't think conditioning was a weakness.  he actually needs to reign it in a notch as i believe his "enthusiasm" or vigor is what lead to his back injuries.  he had 2 speeds-fast and faster.  so if anything, i hope he worked on his ability to sense impending danger rather than "kamikaze"  just saying so he has a longer career or that his body won't be a mess by the time he's 22

I'm glad Markus (not Marcus) recognizes that he should try not to crash into the ground so much.  Hopefully he executes his drives to the basket in ways that don't leave him perpendicular and falling to the ground.
