WOW!!! OK...I'm from Wisconsin and consider myself a huge fan...even a fanatic at times. But this guy is simply insane!!  To tape up your child and then duct tape a a jersey onto the child is simply ridiculous. He gives Packer fans a bad name.

I'd bet dollars to donuts he is also a huge Badgers fan.
