Who is Villanova losing?

They could return everyone, barring NBA early entrants.

No one to graduation.  We shall see who declares.

Nova has officially castrated the Big 12
So. There was a hillbilly that called in on Sirius XM before the West Virginia-Villanova game. Running his mouth, saying Villanova would finish in the middle of the Big 12.

Sounds about right for a West Virginian

To graduation? Nobody....which is terrifying.

Bridges is considered a lottery pick and Brunson a first round pick. Personally, I would draft Spellman in the first round too if I was a GM.

Spaniel with a Short Tail

That was a heckuva press break. Wish we could do that once of twice.

Buzz should have waltzed longer on their logo.

21-8 against non 1-2 seeds.  With a young, injured team.

And if Butler got a #1 or #2 seed, it would be 21-6!!!

Bridges is projected as a top-10 pick, so I'd bet he is gone. Brunson is projected as a second-rounder, so he may be back. They'd be awesome either way, but if he stays - wow!

I can't imagine many Big East fans picked anyone but Nova in their brackets. They're head and shoulders the best team I've seen this year.

If Spellman has a good champioship game he has to be a 1st round pick.

Yeah, we've seen this before.

We gave Nova a better workout than KU in 2 of our 3 matchups.

Even on 3rd game we had a better first half

I have never had such positive feelings about a conference foe as I do about Nova. This team is absolutely unreal to a man and Jay Wright is a class act win or lose.

One more to go with two of the best coaches in the country. Nova by 12.

If Michigan is hitting 3's Monday they could be trouble.

Theoretically they could return everyone

Realistically they are losing Bridges forsure and maybe Brunson
Lazar picking up where the BIG 3 left off....

MUMountin

I just looked at Nova's roster, and noticed that of their main 6 players (Brunson, Bridges, Booth, Paschall, Spellman, DiVincenzo), Brunson is the only one who did not take a red shirt year.  That speaks volumes.  Has that always been Jay Wright's MO, or a more recent development?  How do we convince more guys to invest the time?

Honestly, I think it all comes down to Nova. If Nova is on, they win. If Nova and Michigan are both off, Nova wins. If Nova is off and Michigan is on, the Wolverines have a chance.

MU82

I have been so impressed with Spellman every time I've watched Nova. Even when he hasn't had the big scoring games, he just seems so mature basketball-wise for a freshman. Great basketball body.

I am not a draftnik, but I do know these things aren't done in a vacuum. In other words, other excellent prospects also will be available. But are there really 15 better prospects than this 19-year-old, 6-9 kid who can hit 3s, drive for dunks, block shots, grab rebounds, etc? C'mon man.

It would be close between him and Bridges for the first Nova player I'd draft.

I love Brunson, too. He will have a long NBA career.
