Agreed. Scoopers spend so much time trashing the Big ten , and then, when we  get beat at home by a team Wisky beat in Happy Valley, and everybody is "Well we tried but we got beat by a better team".

I see a real small market mentality setting in amongst the fan base.

Actually agree with point 2, and agree there is some validity to point 1.  Don't agree with the rest.  I think Theo will be better next year.  If Howard is not forced to be a major ballhandler, his 3FG% will go up, and our current freshmen and Morrow will give us athleticism.  If we can come up with a good PG, we can be a top 20 team with sweet 16 potential.  No PG, we should still make the tourney with some room to spare.

Honestly, none of the freshmen are guaranteed to have major progression.  My lord I hope I am wrong.  However, this is what you get with 3 star recruits.  There is a large possibility they just don't have really high ceilings. That's what scares me.

Yeah, but Marquette beat Wisconsin, which beat Maryland-Baltimore County, which beat Virginia. Ergo, Marquette should have been a #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
Cause that's how it works, apparently.
