I've been on scoop all season. Even titled a thread being optimistic about getting the 5th seed in the BEAST tourney.

The next day we lost to DePaul.

Dude unnatural carnal knowledge off. MU didn't used to **hope** to stick around with a top team in the country. We routinely knocked them off. Ever since Wojo we've become a punching bag with a snowball's chance in hell of winning the BIG game. I understand we did it once but come on. Look at this.

Was dumb to extend pressure full court in the zone.  You don't make your zone travel and defend full court. 

That aside, the zone wasn't anymore effective than our piss poor man defense.  Nova is good.  But, of course we suck defensively under Wojo every year and it is getting worse with "his guys."
