I'm not sure why this is Heartbreak City—a 10 seed would be preferred to a 9 seed no?
@ 10, Beat 7, get 2 seed OR beat 8 and get #1?
The 1 seed could be the overall #1 and potentially that 2 seed could be #8.
I'd prefer the latter.
