Vander making some noise in his italian debut. His team won the Italian Cup tonight. Along the way they beat DJO and Dieners team in the semis, after DJO fouled out. Mbwake also played for Vanders team. So lots of Marquette representation in the competition.

I thought Vander was on a two way nba contract this season?
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Unfortunately he was cut by the Lakers. Instead of going back to G league he opted to go to Europe. The financial arrangement there is probably better than g league.

Glad he is having success and enjoying himself.  Maybe it isn't the league, but he could be far in worse places than Italy.

There are no Arby's locations in Italy, but one Arby's Mount Italy sandwich does provide a stellar 950 calories, 115% of your daily recommended allowance of saturated fat, and 148% of your daily sodium.

We're all big Warriors fans here, of course.

But I gotta hand it to you, 9-9-9. You have got to be the biggest ex-Warriors fan in all of ScoopLand!

My sources tell me that Vander Italy Comp is $850,000.  That is basically NBA minimum. I think it is better for Vander to keep doing this for as long as he can , rather than bounce around the fringes of the NBA.  I hope he blows off the NBA summer league and comes to MU and finishes his last six credits this year to honor the memory of his mother. He could spend time in the MU Summer Shooting Academy and be further ahead on many fronts.

Sounds like he has a nice thing going over there.

Does this mean that we can now use Vander in TBT, that would be a huge lift, and our already stacked backcourt would be even more impressive?

I think if he plays we have a good shot at winning it.

Don't put vander on the team. No rewarding the first reason our team fell from grace.

Vander needs to play on the TBT team so he can redeem himself for past slap-of-five transgressions.
