Did you see the easy lay ups that STJ got off the hedging PNR early in the game?

Look, Wojo played percentages and it didn't work.
Not much has worked for Wojo lately.

I'd advise Heldt to turn pro after this season.
Ditto for Froling.

WE DO HAVE A DECENT CHANCE AT THE TOURNEY. 3-1 doable. 9-9. Would need 1 BE win. Being in bottom 4 we would play first day against DePaul methinks.
Also going 4-2 (3-1 + 1-1 BET) in last 6 with win over Creighton would be positive for committee.

We are a decent team this year. Inconsistent but decent. I think worthy of the Dance if we finish 9-9.

WOJO is a decent coach. Sure he could be better but he will get better and better. Our team will get better.

I HATED THE LOSS. We made mistakes. But I think we can steal one next weekend in Omaha. Frosh will he healthy and better than this. We can do it.
Ummmmm....define decent as it refers to our performance this year, and Wojo's coaching prowess. Decent? Think not!

I heard he just saved a lot of money on car insurance....

The refs didn't give him anything.  MU fouled him and others, no question.  Refs can't continue to be excuses every game, MU just tends to foul, a lot.  Probably last in BE play and bottom 20% in NCAA.

Ponds is just a great player, who really couldn't shoot threes, but lately he has and man is he quick.  No match for any MU player.
So the "and 1" on Sacar was a foul? I can bring up at least 4 more instances from this game.  The Big East has the worst officials in all of college basketball.  Ask any Creighton or Xavier fan after their game today.  I have seen Junior Varsity crews who are head and shoulders above any Big East crew!

We blame our bigs all the time, you think they are doing what they are told to do by screening out high all the time. We have such small guards its hard for them to even see a wide open big if he is standing wide open and they really don't have much desire of getting it inside.

Who should we be getting it inside to?

My point is that there is no consistent insider scorer.

Why do you think that is it’s not really part of our offense it’s pretty much 3 pointers or a guard driving all the way

Because MU doesn't have players who can post or drive with any consistency.

My point is that there is no consistent insider scorer.

Heldt has no offensive confidence right now. He gets the ball near the hoop and is looking to kick out for the 3.

Harry is basically looking to back people down over his left shoulder whichever St. John’s was overplaying.
