As far as I can tell, Fox (national) is planning on a BE Marathon that day.  The noon eastern contenders...

Creighton at Marquette
St. John's at Providence
Georgetown at Villanova
OR Xavier at DePaul

The 2:30pm ET contenders...
Georgetown at Villanova

Creighton at Marquette
OR St. John's at Providence

The 5pm ET contenders....

That leaves one game of the following for "Fox Sports Networks" at Noon ET...

I can't add to much more, Rocky Warrior has his TV info correct.
The only Big East game of the 5 that is slotted into a time is Xavier at DePaul at 11AM. That will be a FOX or FSN game.

FS1 has racing and other events schedule that day.

FOX will air a triple header. 11AM, 1:30pm & 4PM. CBSSN get a 7pm game. I don't know who gets the picking order.
