Does anyone know if this from another time or someone's idea of a fashion statement.
Almost feels like it should have been worn by one of the 77 guys in front of the car.

There's a lady who sells flowers at the FtMyersBeach bars....she's an eccentric gal from Cali, and wears a Soviet era fur hat when the temps drop, which they certainly did a couple weeks ago. Guarantee you she will trade her bucket of $5 roses for this hat if you show her the '77 Warriors car photo.
