Thanks, nice to see he is getting the recognition, and obviously hope we have him for the whole career.

I will always remember the call from the Bulls asking how I could have Jimmy Butler as the 5th best player in the country his junior year when noone had him on a draft board. We had an incredible run of NBA players - as I've pointed out the last few years we had more NBA players than any of the McGuire years into the 80s, so happy to track the opinions on Markus.

I do watch quite a bit of NBA ball ... and I seriously doubt most NBA GMs would choose Markus over Shamet.

And I really, really like Markus, of course, like all of us do.

Shamet is 6-4, quick, has a nice handle, has significant PG experience for a high-achieving program, and plays D.

But yeah, these kinds of lists show exactly why a player like Markus might consider leaving ... or at least get analyzed by pro scouts in the approved settings.
