You and I both know those jobs are never coming back.  As I type this, Santa Holdings Inc. is looking into building a fully automated plant in Texas and a second plant in North Africa.  SHI is also positioning itself to buy the entire Toy's-R-Us inventory in bankruptcy court to tide them over for Christmas 2018 until the new plants come on line in 2019.  Plus, the entire "Elf on a Shelf" division is getting scrapped and will be replaced by independent contractors as early as next year.  Hey elves, good luck finding a job for the other 11 months of the year.  And we all know the SHI Foundation is little more than a tax shelter to funnel money to Santa's cronies.
