Dope. Wussy. Weinie.

He's got a fun team to watch, and that's what he focuses on? He should worry about the people who are working OT to ruin our country, not those who peacefully protest.

The Saints should return his money.

AND, add a provision in the deal that he never be allowed to attend a game for the rest of his life. Then, add a provision that he never be allowed to enter the Super Dome during a Saint's game for life.

We should all mourn for this man's hurt fee-fees.

He buys season tickets for the national anthem?  Who knew?

I think this would be fair, but right now the guy has to worry about a counter suit.  Apparently the Saints have put him on notice that they will aggressively pursue this, and that in his actual lawsuit he lies about several details.

Forgetful, I was just making fun of the guy. I wouldn't give him a cent.

If the guy loses the lawsuit, he should be forced to watch an endless video loop of the 1980 Aints. And he can't wear a paper bag over his head!

TAMU, Knower of Ball

The guy's argument is that it wasn't the protests that made the game unwatchable, it was that the fans' reaction around him that made it unwatchable. If I'm reading it correctly, these were company seats and he couldn't give them out to customers or employees because the fans around the seats would use foul language and spill beer.....which I think happens at every Saints game. He's arguing that by allowing the players to protest, the Saints encourage the rowdiness of the fans around him.

I'm no lawyer, but I don't see much of a case here.

If his customers and employees don't like people who use foul language and spill beer, they made a bad life choice settling in New Orleans.
